Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has urged her not to lose the mother tongue while keeping pace with the modern world. He called on the inauguration of the International Bangla Literary Conference at Osmani Memorial Auditorium in the city on Saturday. 225 artists and writers from different countries attended the conference
The Prime Minister said that this Bangla language is based on our independence, the address of our identity. The Bengali does not bow down to anyone, nor do they know how to bow down. Therefore, we have to keep our heads high in the world court.
Expressing hope that the range of knowledge will expand further through the exchange of experiences and visas of Bangali in the international arena. He said our literature has become more dynamic and easier.
Our literature will be more credited. This event will unveil new possibilities on one hand, while on the other hand, will showcase their potential.
