The court has fined 5 thousand taka for the office of the Modi
The Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court fined the Prime Minister's Office Tk 5000. The fine has been imposed in the case of a Public Interest Litigation due to failure to give the affidavit within the stipulated time.
While the Indian Comptroller and Auditor General reported about 5000 reports per year, the government took only ten reports seriously. In response to this allegation, a Sunil Kandu filed a public interest litigation in Elahabad High Court.
